Bland Observability

Integrating Bland with Bluejay Observability

This guide will walk you through how to connect your Bland phone numbers inbound calls to Bluejay’s observability software. You can select Bland as your Voice AI Provider when in the Advanced settings tab of an existing agent.

Quick Prerequisites

• Bland Phone Number
• Bland Webhook Secret
• A Bluejay Account

Setting Up the Integration

1. Configure Organization Settings

1. Log into your Bluejay Dashboard
2. Click on your Organization button in the bottom left corner
3. Select the Integrations option

2. Adding Your Bland Key

1. Locate the Bland Webhook Secret input
2. Generate your Bland Webhook Signing Secret in the “General” tab under your organization’s settings
3. Enter your Bland Webhook secret into the field
4. Click Save Webhook Key

3. Configuring Your Agent in Bland

1. Copy the Webhook URL given in the Webhook configuration dropdown
2. Navigate to your Bland Phone Numbers configutation screen and scroll down to the Advanced dropdown
3. Paste the Webhook URL into the Webhook URL field
4. Click Save Inbound Call Changes

4. Configuring Your Agent in Bluejay

1. Navigate to your desired Agents Settings tab
2. Scroll down and click the Advanced Settings dropdown
3. Select Bland as your Voice AI Provider
4. Copy and paste your Bland phone number into the Phone Number field (include the + icon and area code)
5. Click Save Changes
